Know what actually got done.

Cheket is a shared checklist for cleaning and maintenance visits. You decide what needs doing and how often; whoever does the work sees the right tasks in the right order, and every tick is recorded for good.

Built around the time you actually have

Most checklists assume every task gets done every visit. Real visits are three hours long, and the list is longer than that.

So a Cheket visit starts with a time budget. The tasks that matter every single time come first. After those, the list is ordered by how overdue each item is against its own schedule — so the thing that hasn't been done in nine weeks rises above the thing done last week. Work down the list until the time is spent, and stop. Nothing is forgotten; it simply moves up next time.

How it works

  1. Set up the property

Describe the areas — suites, stairwells, exterior — with the access codes and notes for each. They appear on the checklist exactly where they're needed, so nobody is texting you for a door code at 7am.

  2. Build a task list

Say how often each task should recur: every visit, every few weeks, the same day each month. Seasonal tasks pause out of season, so gutters don't arrive in February looking nine months overdue.

  3. Open a visit

Invite whoever is doing the work. They tick items off on their phone. When they're done, they submit the visit with the charge, and you review it and record the payment date.

What you get out of it

Who it's for

Cheket is built for property owners and managers who coordinate cleaning and maintenance with someone else — a cleaner, a caretaker, a contractor. It suits a commercial building, a rental, a vacation property, or a handful of them at once.
